Print quality
paper prints All of the printing is carried out by specialist printers on my behalf. The print paper type will vary for each print, but they are all printed to a very high standard. Prints are not framed or mounted, unless otherwise stated.
acrylic prints The acrylic prints are direct print acrylics, this means that the image is printed directly onto the acrylic not printed onto a paper which is then adhered to acrylic. The direct printing process means the media can be hung either indoors or outdoors and allows for the images to be printed either frosted transparent or frosted white. The transparent acrylics have areas of the image that are unprinted, allowing for the image and surrounding ambient light to interplay. The frosted white acrylics still have a slight transparency but provide punchier colours more akin to the paper printed images. Canvas images are printed using the same specialist printers as the paper printed images and the same quality applies.
posters Coming soon will be the option to purchase an image as a poster. They will be printed on FSC Certified Papers using vegetable oil based inks courtesy of a eco-friendly specialist printer. These will be run as limited editions, but instead of the usual approach of a limited number run they will run for a limited time and the edition limit will be set by the number of posters purchased.
